Scott Berlinger is the Founder/President / Head Coach of Full Throttle Endurance.
He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1988 with a B.S. Marketing/ Finance degree.
Scott is a USA Triathlon Level 2 Certified Coach, USA Cycling Coach and NASM certified. As an age-grouper Scott has been on the podium many times, including being awarded USA Triathlon All American.
Scott has been a driving part of the most winning triathlon TEAM in the Nation: 4x Team National Championships in St, Louis, MO in 2007, Las Vegas in 2008 and Oklahoma City in 2009, South Carolina in 2010; 9x NYC Team Triathlon Championships, 10x South Beach Triathlon Team Champions. Scott just celebrated his 20th year with Chelsea Piers NY. He has also signed AgroSport, ROKA, Rudy Project, JAMIS, Colavita and Fusion PT to long term partnership / sponsorships.
A former American Gladiator, "Viper", his love for competition and training inspired him to start his own racing team in 2003, a place where athletes can realize their own goals and reach their highest potential. He lives in CT with his wife and two children.
Andrew Kalley is a native New Yorker, born and raised! Active and athletic his whole life, he has a competitive background in Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Wrestling and most recently Triathlon.
Andrew Kalley is a motivator and creates an environment for his athletes to grow and transform. Triathlon became a passion when he joined Full Throttle in 2005. He has spent the last 12 years coaching athletes of all abilities - from beginners to elites - and for every distance - from sprint races to full Ironman. A dozen athletes have qualified for the World Championships under Andrew’s guidance. He has also been a Personal Trainer for 15 years, and firmly believes in strength training for weight loss or gain, injury prevention, and to build power while endurance racing. Andrew is fully dedicated to the success of his athletes, and encourages them to make healthy choices in training, nutrition, and racing so that they can put their best selves forward at the starting line.
Andrew is also an elite endurance athlete. Some of his athletic highlights include: 7x member of Team USA for the ITU World Championship; 12 overall victories including the NYC Triathlon, South Beach Triathlon, and Montauk Mighty Man; Race Across America finisher and overall fastest team to cycle across the country; and a 4:36 at the Fifth Avenue Mile.
Ray joined the Full Throttle coaching staff in 2016 transitioning from a career in fashion to explore and share his passion for endurance training and racing. His initial focus was on the running program, where he assisted Scott Berlinger and Andrew Kalley. In July, Ray started as a group coach, coaching a three-day program. Ray is a USAT level I certified coach.
Ray joined Full Throttle as an athlete in its second season and competed on the team from 2003 through 2010. During that period he raced in short and long course events, including Ironman. In addition to triathlon racing, Ray has significant road racing experience, including 8 marathons with a personal best of 2:49 at the Boston Marathon. After the 2010 season, Ray took a break from competition, to focus on his career. In 2015 he returned to Full Throttle with a renewed passion for training, racing and coaching. In his first season back in the sport, Ray was ranked an All American by USAT.
Ray looks forward to guiding Full Throttle athletes in unleashing their performance potential.
Daniel is a certified USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach and a Youth and Junior Elite Coach. He is a Senior Coach of Full Throttle Endurance in New York City since 2014. This year Daniel is the lead coach for the Youth and Junior Full Throttle Endurance NYC Team. In addition to the creation of this new program, Daniel is the acting Race Director for the Chelsea Piers Indoor Triathlon Race series.
Daniel has predominately competed in short-course triathlon racing and in 2016 shifted his focus from racing to coaching. Along with being a coach, Daniel is a Certified Elite Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard, TRX and Kettle Bell certified trainer.
Daniel was born and raised in New York and has a Bachelor's degree from New York University. Once in the music industry, Daniel changed careers to help athletes reach their potential and obtain their optimal peak fitness. He had the opportunity to spend 3 weeks in Rio at the 2016 Olympic Games and was present for USA Triathlon to win their first Gold medal.
David is a USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Coach, a NASM certified personal trainer/fitness nutrition specialist, and a USA cycling Coach. He is a Senior Coach in Connecticut for Full Throttle Endurance. He graduated from Skidmore College in 2010 with his B.S. in Fine Arts studying abroad in London, Florence, and Mexico.
David’s fitness career began in a physical therapy setting where he accrued more than 3000 hours of direct patient care. He designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs. Since then, his biggest projects have included running health and wellness programs at numerous Connecticut corporations, lecturing to the New England Occupational Health Nurses Association, and coaching individuals privately in his home town of New Preston, CT.

2 Overall Wins at Sprint Distance Triathlons, 1st place Division winner for multiple triathlons, Placed in the top 10 for specific division at NYC Triathlon, Recipient of the "Reich Community Spirit Award," in Connecticut.
Ann Marie Miller
Ann Marie Miller is a Category 1 racer who “discovered” cycling after a variety of endurance activities, including running, duathlon and triathlon. Her extensive bike racing experience includes wins in road races, criteriums, time trials and stage races. She has won 4 UCI World’s Master’s Championships, including the 2013 and 2012 UCI World Master’s Championship in both the Time Trial and Road Race for her age group, and is a 12 time United States Masters’ National Road Cycling Champion with 5 Road Race (2000, 2003, 2008, 2009, 2010), 4 Criterium, (2003, 2008, 2009, 2010) and 3 Time Trial National Championships (2003, 2008, 2016) and was the Best All-Around Rider at United States Masters’ National Road Cycling Championships in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2016.
Ann Marie started bike racing as a member of the CRCA bicycle racing club of New York, NY, and credits the CRCA coaching program with launching her competitive cycling career. She has also competed in numerous running events from 5K’s to marathons, and she completed the London Marathon, where she qualified for the Boston Marathon.
A USA Cycling Level 2 Licensed coach, she coaches individual riders, and is the Head Coach for the Performance Center at Chelsea Piers and serves as a coach for the Century Road Club Association. She has served a bike fit specialist and cycling coach at SBR Multisports, andcompleted the BG Fit Technician Certification from Specialized Bicycle Components University and the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine. She was a cycling and multisport coach and the Director of Corporate Wellness Programs at Cadence Cycling and Multisport and was a leader for 3 years for the New York Cycle Club’s “A” level SIG group, a twelve week training program to help riders develop group riding and bike handling skills, and build endurance to complete a century ride (100 miles).
With over 25 years of experience as a fitness professional, Ann Marie holds an MA from Columbia University in Applied Physiology, is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (Health Fitness Instructor) and has presented workshops for fitness professionals throughout the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. Her extensive background in fitness, strength training and program design are reflected in creative, innovative training programs designed to achieve results. She has been featured in major publications such as Glamour, Self, Good Housekeeping, Women’s Day, New York Newsday and has appeared on CNN, WNBC, WCBS, TV Food Network and FOX-TV.
She enjoys coaching athletes of all kinds, and is thrilled to share the benefits of exercise and fitness with others. Ann Marie exemplifies her training philosophy: specific training for specific results.
